Cyber insurance subjectivity tracker template, United States
Fill it in, paste it back. The columns are the ones the tracker reads: control, status, closed on, note, checkpoint, type, review, scope, required coverage, present coverage, exceptions, owner. Type is quote, condition, form or recommendation; a row starting quote: is the insurer's wording, kept as written; review is the reviewer's decision (accepted, more evidence needed, rejected, extended with a date, waived, superseded). The control may be the clause code or the words of the cyber application; status is in place, partly, not in place or not sure; closed on is the date the applicant reports; checkpoint (30, 60 or 90) is optional and kept on Solo. A row starting custom: is your own condition.
