Cyber Insurance Subjectivity Tracker is a tool for reading a list of security controls against the rules we hold and keeping a schedule of the gaps. It is not insurance advice, legal advice or an assessment of anyone's systems. It never says whether a business can be covered, never rates a business, and never checks a closure: a closure is what the applicant reports, dated by the applicant.

The schedule's checkpoints are a default the underwriter or broker sets, not a deadline in any standard. Where a requirement carries its own timeframe, the page shows those words; the requirement's text, read in full, governs. Each requirement is our statement of its clause, read against the copy we hold and cited to it; check the instrument itself before relying on a line.
